3 Solubility It is freely soluble in water giving an opalescent solution, partly soluble in ethanol (96.0%).
4 Alkalinity Not more than 0.5 mL of 0.1 M hydrochloric acid is required to change the colour of the indicator
5 Non esterified alcohols Not more than 4.0 %.
6 Sodium Chloride and Sodium Sulfate Not more than 8.0 %
7 Assay Not less than 85.0% of sodium alkyl sulfates calculated as C12H25NaO4S

PACKAGING

MOLSUL® SLS is packed in HDPE bag or drum with double PE liners inside and is provided with a barcoded label and a tamper-evident seal.

SHELF LIFE, STORAGE AND PACKING

The shelf life is 3 years. It is stored in a tightly closed container.
